Bresaola: silverside and salmon-cut

Made of the very tasty shincut from the leg of beef and still prepared in the traditional way of our valley to achieve a perfect balance in fine taste and delicacy, the silverside-Bresaola has a slightly firmer texture, but it is nonetheless even more tasty, showing at the best its true origin.
From the shincut we also make the salmon-cut-Bresaola, a very lean, almost veinfree product, quite small, which is extremely suitable for retail selling and gift packages.
