Bresaoletta e slinzega
Slinzega and Bresaoletta are two of our best traditional products although we use the less valuable cuts of meat to produce them.
With a similar processing of the bresaola, we get Slinzega which is smaller but well-matured and tasty.
From the bottom round we get Bresaoletta which is regular-sized and extremely suitable for retail selling and gift packages.
